We are adament about the terms in our contract. Before you make the decision to purchase a kitten or puppy from All God's Little Creatures, please read the contract carefully, and make sure that you will be able to abide by all terms. We check in on our past kittens & puppies periodically by e-mail if possible. If e-mail is not possible we keep in contact by phone or mail. We DO require you to send photos at the end of the first year & every now & then thereafter. We do appreciate those who send them sooner than a year & also more frequently though. If you have special circumstances & need an amendment to our contract, please don't hesitate to let us know. We are easy to work with, but we do want our babies to have the best of care. 1. Under no circumstances will this pet be sold, leased or given to
any pet shop, research laboratory, or similar facility. Nor shall the
cat be declawed unless procedure is discussed with breeder first.
2. Adequate INDOOR sanitary facilities will be provided and this pet
will not be allowed to roam out doors. (This applies only to persians. Shih Tzu's and Collies need to be provided adequate indoor or outdoor sanitary facilities).
3. If this pet is found to be neglected or in ill health for an
unreasonable length of time, purchaser will surrender said pet to
seller unconditionally without charge. Any shipping charges will be
the responsibility of purchaser.
4. If purchased as a pet, purchaser agrees to neutered or spay this
pet within 6 mo. after birth. Or within 30 days from purchase if this
is an adult pet, and agrees and guarantees that this pet will not be
used for stud or breeding. Proof of neuter or spay will be given to
seller.
5. Seller agrees to provide registration papers and pedigree on the
pet within 60 days of receipt of purchase price and or spay /neuter
proof.
6. If buyer, for any reason, should not be able to keep the pet, or
should wish to sell or give pet to another home. Breeder has the
right of first refusal and for requesting pets return. Breeder agrees
to provide transportation charges. Only If breeder refuses the pet,
with written permission, the pet will be spayed/neutered before
leaving the purchasers home and either kept as a pet or placed in a
good pet home.
7. This pet, if female, will not be bred more than 2 times in 12
months, preferably less, and not bred after the age of 8 years.
8. Deposits and payments are nonrefundable. If anything should
happen to the pet prior to the complete purchase , the
payments will be applied to a new pet of like breeding. If you do
not, for any reason, complete your purchase, you will have forfeited
your payments.
9. Puppy is to be registered using the breeder's kennel name at the front
of puppy's name. Our kennel name is AGLC.
10. Buyer agrees to send photos of the pet to breeder at the ages of
one year and on occasion there after Buyer should also enclose a
brief note describing the health and temperament of the cat or dog. This
clause is of great assistance to Breeder in evaluating its breeding
program.
